The are some who consider the word 'exercise' a taboo. Hats off to those who could maintain a slim and trim figure without having to exercise. However, there are many like me, who enjoy food but do not wish to shock the weighing scale, the 'no pain, no gain' policy applies.....:-) Having said that, exercise is not only to help maintain your body weight but it is especially for the general well being of the whole body. So I encourage those who are conscious of their health and beauty, to be disciplined and persevere in a good exercise regime. I shall elaborate further on the benefits of exercising and give suggestions to the best and most effective method of keeping fit. We are made differently and therefore, choose the fitness exercise that works best for you.
